At their family winery in the metropolis of Vienna they practice biodynamic natural viticulture. The vineyards on both sides of the Danube River are defined by different soil and climate. Thanks to the natural cultivation requiring extensive handwork a broad palette of vibrant, individual wines is created – each of them representing the uniqueness of the Vienna region. Of special interest is the Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC – a Viennese classic that has undergone a brilliant comeback, which Fritz Wieninger initiated substantially.
